Description
An accident book should be available in the work place at all times and each incident record should be kept for a minimum of three years. Our accident book complies with the latest data protection act which came into force on the 31st December 2003, and comes complete with perforatted record sheets which once completed can be removed and filed. This includes sections to log specific details all of which must be recorded to comply with the health and safety regulations.
