Description
This hot/cold pack can be frozen for cold therapy, or placed in hot water or the microwave for hot therapy. The pack should be wrapped in a towel or cloth before applying to the skin and provides relief from aches and pains including swelling. It shuold be noted that the use of a hot/cold pack will not relieve the injury itself.
