Galpharm Entrocalm tablets can be used for the relief of mild diarrhoea of short duration and holiday tummy.
Description
The tablets are flavoured with carminative oils (which relieve flatulance abd colic associated abdominal pain) and contain an antacid (calcium carbonate) to calm the stomach, together with kaolin to absorb toxins from the intestinal tract.
- Please read the enclosed leaflet in the packet carefully before use.
- Keep out of the reach of Children.
- DOSE: The tablet should be chewed before swallowing. Adults and children over 12 years old 5 tablets, Children 6 - 12 years old 2 tablets. The dose may be taken up to four times a day if necessary.
- Do NOT exceed the stated dose.
- If diarrhoea has not cleared up within 3 days consult your doctor.
- Check with your doctor before taking these tablets if you are taking any other medicines especially the following drugs; lincomycin, digoxin, cimetidine, chlorpromazine, diflunisal, pivampicillin, tetracycline or ketaconazole.
- Side Effects: do not usually occur with these tablets, however, if you notice any unwanted effects whilst taking them talk to your doctor or pharmacist.
- Do not store above 25 degrees C and keep in the outer carton to protect from light.
