Description
The Littmann Electronic Stethoscope Model 4100ws offers amplification that is up to 18 times greater than the best conventional Littman Stethoscope. This is achieved by combining superior acoustics with digital signal processing which are able to be recorded, stored and played back. In addition sounds can be downloaded to any IBM compatible computer where they can be stored, shared or retrieved for further analysis. The Littmann Model 4100ws is specifically designed to pick up difficult to hear heart and other body sounds and includes a host of features including a non chill rim, digital signal processing over the entire acoustic range and much more.

- Three frequency response modes are provided using filter circuitry allowing optimal heart and lung auscultation: Bell (20-200Hz), Diaphragm (100-500Hz) and Extended Range (20-1000Hz)
- Digital recordings and storage of sounds on 6 distinct tracks are available
- Instant playback of recordings and stored data is available in both normal speed and half speed
- Infrared transmissions of recorded sounds to other Model 4100ws or IBM compatible computer can be done
- Conveniently positioned LCD display in the chestpiece which includes heart rate readout
