These stainless steel scissors are ideal for cutting bandages and dressings
Description
Blunt ended scissors are an essential first aid accessory and the reason for the blunt end is to try and avoid injury. In addition to cutting dressings and bandages you may need to use the scissors for cutting an item of clothing if you are unable to attain a clear view of the injury. If this is the case then care should be taken not to aggrevate the injury and wherever possible you should attempt to cut along the seam of the piece of clothing. At all times you should maintain the patients dignity and ensure that the patient remains warm.
