Delivery & WEEE Information
We use two types of postal service and these are Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and City Link Courier Service.
£5.95 on all orders for delivery.
If you think you will not be available to take delivery at your home address please enter your work or a neighbours address as addresses changed once the goods are dispatched will be charged to you (the customer) accordingly.
As a guide for items that are in stock you will receive the goods usually within 3-5 working days of placing the order. If you require a next day service please call our customer service team who will adhere to meet your request.
If you require next day delivery your order needs to be in to us before 12 noon and you need to notify that this is an urgent order so that we can ensure that it is dispatched. Also will be a fee of £7.00 extra for next day delivery.
Our delivery feature within the product page shows the expected delivery time of that product based on our previous months dispatch records and is categorised as follows, to qualify for each distribution break the product will have been dispatched over 93.5% of the time within the timescale listed:

WEEE Regulation
The WEEE Regulations are UK and European law. The broad aim of the regulations is to address the environmental impacts of electrical and electronic equipment when it reaches the end of its life.
Electrical and Electronic Equipment that was made after 13th August 2005 should display this symbol on the packaging or product. This symbol aims to encourage the householder to discard of their WEEE separately from other household waste.
The amount of electrical waste we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK.
Each year in the UK we go throw away over 1.2 million tonnes of electrical and electronic waste. That is the equivalent of 150 thousand double decker buses!
Over 75% of waste electrical goods end up in landfill, where lead and other toxins contained in the electrical goods can cause soil and water contamination.
As a distributor we are committed to reducing the amount of WEEE that goes in to land fill. We are doing our bit for the environment by offering free in-store take back on a like-for-like basis when you purchase a new machine from us.
