A fair Price Promise from a Fair Company:

The spritely bunch here at First Aid Warehouse don’t like to be beaten on price. In fact they take it rather personally. We spend hours every week comparing ourselves against our competitors and lowering our prices accordingly. As such we’re confident enough to offer a price promise against every item on our website, with only a couple fair exceptions.

We’ll not only match any cheaper price you find, we’ll even better it! And if you find it  after you’ve purchased, we’ll refund the difference.

If you find a cheaper price within the UK, please contact the lovely Christina on 0845 230 2092 or via email on christina.swindells@crestmedical.co.uk. Cutting prices motivates Christina to get out of bed every day, so please keep her busy.

6. Your email address

The small print:

• We’ll do this up to 7 days after you’ve purchased. We surely can’t keep it open-ended!
• This applies to any UK retailer (except auction websites) for an identical product where the item is in stock, listed as new, and sold by the retailer in question. We think this is fair.
• The quality must be like-for-like. You can’t expect us to match the price of a dressing as thin as a sheet of paper when ours is thicker than a polar bears sandwich.
• It doesn’t cause us to operate at a loss. We do need to pay the lovely Christina after all.
